How do I unlock Deep Space, the Builder, and Games?
These are part of Orbit Premium, a monthly subscription. You can subscribe from the paywall screen shown when you tap into any of these sections, or from the Settings area of the app.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases." As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID you originally subscribed with, your subscription will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not within Orbit itself. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find Orbit, and cancel from there.
Sky Map isn't working / isn't accurate.
Sky Map needs location access to work — check that it's enabled for Orbit in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. For best accuracy, use it outdoors, away from large metal structures or vehicles, which can affect your device's compass.
