At Silent Trainer, we are committed to your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. Your data remains your own.
All training progress, streaks, and session history are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is never shared, sold, or traded with third parties. Because this data is stored locally, deleting the app will permanently remove your training history.
The app uses local notifications to provide training reminders. These reminders are scheduled and fired entirely on your device. We do not use remote push notifications or any form of external tracking to manage these alerts.
Silent Trainer is built using the Expo framework. While the app operates locally, it may use standard system libraries to function. No personal data is shared with these framework providers.
