Valhalla Bound is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical application. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. The workouts and protocols suggested by the App are for general fitness purposes only.
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the App or following any workout program within the App.

All content, design, graphics, logos, and code within Valhalla Bound are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
